It is one of the cornerstones of English food: there is no kitchen in the United Kingdom that does not churn out its own, at any
time, stuffed in any way possible.
We took the idea and interpreted it according to the Italian gastronomic culture: only first choice yellow potatoes,
only genuine and seasonal ingredients, the taste of
giving an Italian heart to baked potatoes.
Who We Are
We grew up with our grandmothers' recipes and flavors.
From them we understood that the simpler the dish, the more special the ingredients must be. For this reason, we would never give up on authenticity and freshness and we prefer to do the shopping from the farmers and not wholesale.
